Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Recipealls, the operator of LeadProve ("we"). By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
LeadProve finds and grades business contact details — work email addresses and, for numbers you supply, carrier line status — for the person shown on a LinkedIn profile you have open, through a Chrome extension and a web dashboard. We grade every result as proven or unproven by the published rule on our How it works page.
2. Credits and billing
- One credit is charged for one proven result, once per address per account. Unproven results and misses are not charged.
- A proven email that hard-bounces is refunded automatically when the bounce is reported to us.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Credits already granted are not removed on cancellation and are not refundable in cash.
- Unused credits expire according to your plan's rollover rule, shown on the pricing page.
- Every credit movement is recorded in a ledger you can read from your dashboard. If you believe a charge is wrong, write to us within 60 days and we will look at the ledger with you.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the contact details you obtain lawfully — including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA where they apply — and for legitimate business-to-business recruiting or sales contact only.
- Comply with LinkedIn's user agreement. LeadProve reads one profile when you click; it is your account and your responsibility. We build the tool not to be the reason for a restriction, but we cannot guarantee LinkedIn's decisions.
- Keep your password and API keys private. Each person at your firm needs their own login; shared logins may be disabled.
- Do not resell, scrape, bulk-export to build a database, reverse-engineer, or use automated means against the service beyond the extension and documented API.
4. What we do not promise
"Proven" means the evidence described on our site supports the address — not that a message will be delivered, read or answered. We do not promise a hit rate, and we do not promise that any particular company can be verified. The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
5. Data
Our privacy policy is part of these terms. Your leads are yours; we do not resell them. Facts about addresses (proven, bounced, published) are shared across customers as facts, without attribution to you.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or fails to pay, and we will tell you why. You may close your account at any time; export your leads first.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
