One credit is one proven contact — an email confirmed by a mail server or a published source, or a phone number the carrier says is live. Unproven addresses are free on every plan, and a hard bounce refunds the credit.

Prices in US dollars, billed monthly, cancel any time from your dashboard. Create a free account first; upgrade from the Plan tab. A proven contact is charged once per account — finding the same person again is free.
Other tools advertise thousands of "credits" and charge one for every address they hand you, verified or not. Our 500 on Pro are 500 addresses we could prove. The guesses are still there — they just do not cost you anything.
Credits belong to your account. Every person at your firm signs in with their own email and their own extension key, and a lost laptop is one key revoked, not a shared password changed.
Unlimited email plans exist because the addresses are guesses. Ours are checked, and checking costs money — so we say exactly how many you get.
A one-time pool of 500 credits for every new account, released 50 a month into your balance for up to 12 months from the day you confirm your email. It comes on top of your plan's monthly credits, on any plan, and follows you if you upgrade.
One tier-A result: an email address confirmed by the mail server, published on the company's own site (or two independent sites) within 18 months, or proven by a delivery — or a phone number the carrier reports as live. Nothing else moves a credit.
Mark it Bounced in your Leads tab (or connect your sending tool's webhook). The credit is refunded automatically, and the address is demoted for everyone so nobody else buys it.
Free credits, including the bonus released that month, reset each month. Pro and Premium keep up to one month's allowance unused; Advanced keeps up to three months'. The rule is applied when the new month's credits are posted, and you can read every line in your ledger.
Yes, from the Plan tab: upgrades take effect immediately and add the new allowance at once; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Credits already granted are never removed when you cancel.
No. Monthly billing, cancel any time.
